Last chance to see OUT140 in Cromer this year

OUT140 – cud u tell ur coming out story in 140 characters or less? – is a project by Shelly Telly and Vince Laws for Norwich Pride. It began life on the giant Fusion screen in the Forum in January 2010, moved to a couple of old tellies at the Dandies at St Margarets Church in May, became a text installation at the Arts Centre in July and now reaches COAST – the Cromer and Sheringham Arts Festival in October. The exhibition is on all this week at Merchants Place, 16 Church St, Cromer NR27 9ES and ends on Sunday 31 October with a special closing party from 2-4pm featuring a lovely range of homemade cakes and a performance from the Sing with Pride Choir, including a song specially written for the event “Grandma Said” based on an OUT140 story.
